Hall Rental: Understanding: It is understood that a $100.00 non refundable deposit is required at the time of making these reservations. And the remaining rental fee and cleanup fee is due before the event commences.
Fees are as follows:
A. Full hall rental with kitchen: Minimum $400.00 (maximum 6 hours to include setup).
B. Full hall rental without kitchen: Minimum $350.00 (maximum 6 hours to include setup).
C. Front of hall rental: Minimum $60.00 for two hours and $30.00 per hour for each additional hour.
Additional hours will be billed at the rate of $60.00 per hour for full hall rental and $30.00 per hour for front of hall rental.
A cleanup fee of a minimum of$100.00 will be accessed. If the renting party cleans up the hall and returns it to the condition in which it was originally found this fee or a portion of it will be refunded to the Renting Party at the discretion of the VFW responsible person.
Additional Setup time can be arranged and is billable at the rate of $60.00 per hour.
The capacity of the full VFW hall is 180 persons.
The Renting Party agrees that all damages to property of the VFW will be their responsibility to either repair to original condition to the satisfaction of the VFW or replace that which is broken or damaged.
The VFW hall is located in a residential area. Therefore no outside gathering or noise making is allowed. Further it is expected that noise will be kept to a minimum considering the neighborhood. Should the VFW member supervising the property consider the noise excessive, they will ask the responsible Party Representative to control the noise. If excessive noise is continued the VFW Supervising Member will ask the party to be closed and the building to be evacuated within 30 minutes. If this can not be accomplished, proper authorities will be contacted to clear the premises.
Control of guests/attendees and their conduct is the responsibility of the renting party.
Neither VFW Member nor Post 8202 will be responsible to any personal damage received or inflicted upon any person attending this event.
Smoking or Non Smoking is at the discretion of the renting party.
Alcoholic beverages may be consumed but are to be furnished by the renting party and or guests. No alcohol may be consumed outside the building. All beer consumed must be in cans. (No draft or bottled beer). no alcohol may be sold on premises.
